The Composite Veneer Procedure
We offer two types of Composite Veneers here: our in-house bonded Composite Veneers or our exclusive Premium Pro Composite Veneers. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your options with the dentist before treatment begins to understand what’s best for you.
Composite Veneers are the non-prep alternative to Porcelain Veneers. They provide a cosmetic smile makeover without any changes or damage to the natural teeth and this treatment is really popular amongst our younger patients.
If you’re unhappy with your smile and considering a change but you don’t want the commitment of permanent veneers, this is the perfect option for you. Composite is used to coat the entire tooth to create a new and more aesthetically pleasing smile.
Composite Veneers are perfect for patients who have previously completed orthodontic treatment or have naturally straight teeth and are looking to perfect and enhance their existing teeth. During your consultation with one of our cosmetic dentists, we’ll discuss your eligibility and which Composite Veneer option would be best for you.

Am I suitable for Composite Veneers?
Your suitability for Composite Veneers will depend on many factors, such as the position of your teeth and bite, but also what you would like your final smile to look like. Generally, your teeth will need to be in good condition, straight with no crowding or extreme gaps.
What should I expect during treatment?
Composite Veneers are quick, easy, and pain-free. To prepare the tooth your dentist will clean it first, then apply an “etching” gel to roughen the surface for a better bond. Next, the resin material is either painted on as a liquid or applied in a putty-like state and shaped and sculpted. It is hardened using a special curing light and then polished to achieve a pleasant shine.
How long will the Composite Veneers last?
Our in-house bonded Composite Veneers will last roughly 5-7 years and our Premium Pro Composite Veneers will last roughly 7-10 years. The longevity of the treatment will be determined to a large degree by how the teeth are looked after and any potentially destructive habits you may have (smoking, grinding, biting hard foods). These will be outlined to you by your Pro Dental dentist.
What is the price of Composite Veneers?
Currently Pro Dental have priced Composite Veneers at just £299 per tooth, reduced from £450 per tooth for limited time only.
